PPS filter bag filter felt is a filter material manufactured and processed by our company using polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fibers produced in countries such as the United States and Japan, following the production process of other high-temperature resistant filter felt materials. It is one of the main varieties of high-temperature resistant filter materials. PPS needle punched filter material has excellent performance in the following applications. PPS is also known as polyphenylene sulfide fiber. This fiber is a new type of high-temperature resistant fiber developed by Phillip Corporation in the United States and introduced to the market in 1983. At present, the high-temperature resistant needle punched filter felt market in China mainly produces needle punched filter felt using organic fibers Nomex Conex, Kermel, and inorganic fiber glass fibers as raw materials. The physical properties of organic fibers are significantly better than those of inorganic fibers. Polyphenylene sulfide fiber is another high-performance fiber among high-temperature resistant organic fibers in recent years - not only can it withstand high temperatures, but it also has unparalleled excellent corrosion resistance compared to other high-temperature resistant fibers. The prominent advantages of needle punched felt made of polyphenylene sulfide fiber are as follows:
1. Good temperature resistance with a melting point of 285 ℃, continuous use temperature of 190 ℃, and instantaneous use temperature of 230 ℃.
2. Excellent corrosion resistance: Polyphenylene sulfide fiber is superior to Nomex Conex and Kermel fibers in terms of resistance to organic acids, inorganic acids, acids, oxidants, and other factors.
3. The excellent flame retardant polyphenylene sulfide fiber has an extreme oxygen index (LDI) of 34-35, making it a non combustible material. Polyphenylene sulfide fiber needle punched felt not only has high temperature resistance, but also unique corrosion resistance.
Widely used in industries such as smelting, chemical, building materials, thermal power, waste incineration, and coal-fired boilers under high-temperature and harsh working conditions, it is a high-quality and efficient high-temperature resistant filter material. Our company uses polyphenylene sulfide fibers produced in the United States and Japan, and specializes in producing polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) needle punched felt according to other high-temperature resistant needle punched felt production processes. The product quality reaches the level of similar products in developed countries abroad. Fiber composition
PPS+PTFE treated dust filter bag
In the field of bag filter, the dust bag is usually compared to the heart of the bag filter. The type of dusty flue gas that the bag filter can handle mainly depends on the conditions of the chemical fibers used to manufacture the bag. Under normal flue gas temperature conditions, only the dust removal filter bag needs to be able to withstand temperatures below 150 ℃. In these situations, chemical fibers such as polyester, polypropylene, acrylic, and nylon can be basically competent. For situations where the flue gas temperature is relatively high, such as chemical industry, carbon black (white carbon black) exhaust gas, blast furnace gas in ironworks, shaft kiln exhaust gas in cement plants, kiln exhaust gas in carbide plants, casting, steelmaking plant exhaust gas, asphalt concrete mixing asphalt exhaust gas, refractory brick kiln exhaust gas, coking flue gas, etc., firstly, because these dusty flue gas dust are not suitable for collection by electrostatic precipitators due to specific resistance limitations, and can only be collected by cloth bags or other methods; Secondly, if it is necessary to reduce the temperature of dusty flue gas to below 150 ℃, the investment may be high or limited by the site conditions; Thirdly, due to the presence of sulfur in dusty flue gas, it has an acid 'dew point' and can only be filtered and separated at temperatures above the acid dew point. Therefore, a chemical fiber high-temperature cloth bag that can withstand high temperatures is needed to make filter materials.
